Striving to make a change in Hong Kong’s fitness industry, Rachel brought her vast performing, teaching and managerial experience from the world of entertainment and lead the team that built XYZ, Asia’s leading spin studio. She has now gone on to create her own wellness platform called Don’t Resist which focuses on movement, nourishment and accountability. Built on the belief that resistance is often what holds us back, to the extent that if we are not living our lives exactly as we want—with the love and friendships we want, the abundance we want, and the happiness we are seeking—it’s to that extent we are resisting it.” The Don't Resist platform helps us to break down those walls and build the life we desire.
