For those who have exhausted Hong Kong’s plethora of healthy luxury hotels, another option may pique their interest: a local wellness retreat. As more of the city’s wellness gurus open countryside getaways and immersive yoga and meditation retreats we once thought required travelling abroad for, urbanites can now enjoy detoxing closer to home. One of the latest additions to Hong Kong wellness retreats is Two Sweet Feet. It runs programmes in Sai Kung, Lamma and, for the travelling folk, Phuket, too. What is Two Sweet Feet?
Two Sweet Feet was created in Cornwall, designed in Thailand and founded in Hong Kong. Retreats celebrate the journey of health and wellness through its classes, workshops and experiences. Guests stay in chic villas surrounded by nature. The menu, part of an all-inclusive package, uses locally-sourced food. Meanwhile, activities include everything from Muay Thai training to sound bowl healing. Moreover, there are ways to explore creativity through calligraphy and tie-dye.
Since it launched, Two Sweet Feet has hosted two weekend retreats in both Lamma and Sai Kung. Its next retreat will take place in Nai Harn, Southern Phuket in mid-November this year. For those looking to holiday at home, there will be a one-day retreat in Lamma in Hong Kong on August 6 this year.

The Phuket Retreat 2022
From November 11 to 24, 2022, Two Sweet Feet is hosting a wellness retreat in Phuket, in a location where coast meets jungle. It’s within close proximity of the Rawai, known for its wellness offerings. The package includes:
- 14 days/13 nights in a private villa (three room types to choose from)
- Three meals per day
- Group workouts, yoga, holistic classes Muay Thai and outdoor sessions
- Excursions including island hopping

The Lamma Retreat 2022
Retreat for one day at Two Sweet Feet’s Lamma location, which provides everything you need for a relaxing wellness break. The programme takes place on August 6, 2022, from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Named the Songkran-inspired Festival, it will offer a full day packed with Thai cuisine, group workouts, power yoga, water-themed games and even a goodie bag before you go.
