The award-winning holistic and integrated wellness lifestyle brand brings together the best of Hong Kong’s growing wellness community with a focus on alternative and holistic healing modalities.

The huge 15,000-square-foot location offers a selection of classes, workshops and training courses, in yoga, mindfulness, tea ceremonies, sound and movement. The programmes are designed with both Hong Kong residents and travellers to the city alike, as well as corporate clients looking to broaden the scope of their workplace wellness.

With up to 20 classes scheduled each day, there’s a huge variety on the Sacred Arts programme from physical exercise and fitness to more mindful and spiritual sessions, including activities like anti-gravity aerial yoga, mat Pilates, five rhythms dance, mantra meditation, and Japanese flower arrangement. The schedule includes sessions form some of Hong Kong’s best wellness practitioners, including Natalie Soderstrom, Victor Chau, Martha Collard, Malbert Lee, Gianni Melwani, and Tamer Begum, in addition to the in-house wellness curator, May Nogoy, and tea curator, Resham Daswani.
