Impossible Foods Lands In Hong Kong
Impossible Foods are revolutionising vegan meat alternatives, with their meatless, plant-based burger patties that look, cook, smell, taste and even bleed like beef burgers, all thanks to the secret ingredient all-natural plant product ‘heme’. Collaborating with 2017’s winner of Asia’s Best Female Chef, May Chow, and Michelin-starred head chef Uwe Opocensky, the Hong Kong debut of this incredible eco-friendly vegan meat-alternative can be tried at Happy Paradise, Little Bao and Beef & Liberty Stanley and Lan Kwai Fong until June – and fingers crossed beyond. While some of the dishes are accompanied by non-vegan ingredients like egg dip, cheese and mayonnaise, this can be removed upon request.

Shake Shack Hong Kong Opens In IFC
The New York fast-food burger joint has landed in Hong Kong after months of teasing – and while the shakes don’t exactly fit into our fitness plan (perhaps a cheat day, though?), we’re excited to welcome a burger chain who have a great sustainability ethos when it comes to sourcing ethically farmed organic meat and top-quality ingredients. While they’ve just opened, we’re hoping that they’ll bring the Shack Track and Field fitness community to Hong Kong soon – and in the meantime, we’ll be enjoying guilt-free 100% beef and vegetarian-alternative mushroom burgers. shakeshack.com.hk
