Minor Hotels has introduced Life Longevity, a new wellness brand that gathers its resort, city and residential offerings into a single longevity-led ecosystem. Announced from Bangkok in October 2026, the brand builds on Layan Life by Anantara at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort and is preparing to add its first urban address, Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok. The group plans to carry it on to resort destinations and gateway cities well beyond Thailand.

What Is Life Longevity?
Life Longevity combines clinical science, complementary medicine and the hospitality experience of Minor Hotels, with the aim of treating wellness as a relationship that deepens over time rather than a single stay. Its defining idea is continuity: the brand learns who each guest is, and that understanding travels with them from one location, and one stage of life, to the next. At its heart is the belief that longevity is measured not in years alone, but in vitality, resilience and quality of life.
The timing reflects a shift in how travellers approach wellness. Minor Hotels’ own Travel Trends Report 2026 found that 44 per cent of travellers intend to bring more wellness into their journeys, a figure that rises to 73 per cent among those already committed to wellness practices. Increasingly, the group says, guests want the rigour of science and a stay that leaves a lasting mark, without the experience feeling clinical.

Three Settings, One Relationship
Born in Thailand and shaped by more than four decades of Minor Hotels’ experience, Life Longevity will take three forms: resort, urban and residential. A resort stay offers dedicated time for deep transformation, while the urban setting folds longevity into the rhythm of everyday city life. The residential format, still to come, will design every detail of a home around a longevity-led way of living.
What links them is a single principle: the brand gets to know each guest, and that understanding goes wherever they do. Today, the group explains, a morning in Bangkok can pick up exactly where a week in Phuket left off, and the same thread is meant to follow guests to each new destination as the brand grows. The longer someone remains part of the journey, the more valuable that relationship becomes.

Circle of Life and the Guest Journey
Launching alongside the brand is Circle of Life, an optional membership where members remain in contact with their care team through regular expert check-ins and a personal digital record, with access extending across Life Longevity locations worldwide, so that each stay builds on the last wherever it takes place.
Every journey begins with understanding the guest through consultation, lifestyle insight and diagnostics, with complementary medicine working alongside science from the outset. Each location then contributes its own strengths, whether restorative therapies that help the body recover, movement and lifestyle guidance that builds long-term strength, or the people and shared moments that make the experience more rewarding.

Life Today: Phuket and Bangkok
Layan Life by Anantara, already welcoming guests at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, is the brand’s flagship resort setting. On a signature journey the guest names the goal and Layan Life designs the path; alternatively, guests can build their own programme with a practitioner’s guidance, while resort guests may simply drop in for a personalised treatment. Complementary medicine here is anchored in Traditional Thai Medicine and delivered alongside a full diagnostic and clinical offer. Once guests return home, a follow-up care programme called Life After Layan keeps their care going, an early example of the continuity the brand intends to run through every location.
In the city, Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok is due to open this autumn as the brand’s first urban site and its most clinical expression. It is conceived as a longevity and biohacking hub, where advanced therapies and medical aesthetics are guided by the same depth of diagnostics found across the wider ecosystem.
