Calling all yogis, Evolution Asia Yoga Conference is back for 2019, and it’s bigger and better than ever before. The 12th annual event will be hosted at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on 13-16 June 2019. Yoga Everyday
Through a mix of two-hour workshops, half- and full-day intensives, and short lectures, there are activities to suit every individual. Experienced yoga practitioners and newbies alike will find something of interest, as the conference covers a range of styles: Ashtanga, Forrest, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kun Tai Chi, Kundalini, Anusara, Iyengar, Dharma, Universal, Yin, TriYoga, Therapeutic, Nada, and Yoga Nidra, to name a few.
Community Events
While most of the conference is ticketed, there are a few free community events for anyone wanting to see what’s on offer. There’s plenty of diverse activities to choose from, like gong sound meditation, beginners hypnotherapy, Zumba, and Thai massage therapy.
World Class Teachers
Evolution Asia Yoga Conference has invited some of the best wellness teachers, gurus and masters from around the world to share their experiences and philosophies with guests. This year is no different and includes some homegrown Hong Kong talent like hypnotherapist Sonia Samtani, sound therapist Malbert Lee and yogi master Patrick Creelman.
