Wellness tourism is growing at twice the rate of regular tourism, which means more and more traditional hotels are now tightening up their healthy offerings—and the latest addition is the Four Seasons, with a brand new short wellness escape on top of their already comprehensive spa offerings.
Available at their Hong Kong, Nam Hai and Chang Mai locations, ‘The Art of Mindfulness” programme is designed to foster relaxation, self-awareness and connect guests to the present. Each property has its own unique itinerary and programme, with upgrades and extensions available to suit each guests’ needs.
At the Four Seasons Hong Kong, the two-night stay includes daily breakfast for two, a wellness dinner for two at the three Michelin-starred Caprice restaurant, and half-day spa experience at the harbour-view Four Seasons Spa Hong Kong including the Vital Energy Crystal Healing treatment, a meditative tea ceremony and healing floral bath. Guests have full use of the Four Seasons state-of-the-art gym facilities and stunning outdoor infinity pool overlooking Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour.
The Four Seasons Nai Ham package varies slightly, starting from three nights and available for up to 30, offering private yoga and meditation as well as a cooking class. Situated in the historic UNESCO World Heritage site city of Hue, Vietnam, the hotel provides a perfect healthy base for cultural exploration and eye-opening experiences.
At the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, in addition to the new Art of Mindfulness retreat, the laid-back luxury hotel also offers a two-to-three night boot camp for health-conscious guests, which includes a mix of private yoga, meditation and Muay Thai sessions. Guests can deepen their practice with a specialised activity session and Q&A in yoga, tennis or Muay Thai and take their fitness to the next level. The retreat begins with a personalised wellness consultation and includes daily breakfast, one lunch at the Terraces restaurant, one Rejuvenating wellness dinner, a 90-minute massage and private bicycle tour of Mae Rim. Guests staying for three nights can enjoy an additional TRX session, outdoor workout and an a la carte lunch and dinner.
Each programme uniquely reflects its location, providing guests the opportunity to sample the best each property has to offer and an urban retreat experience perfect for weekend breaks, trip-stopovers or an alternative corporate break.
