April 5-7: Rugby Sevens

April 7: Ashtanga 101 Beginner’s Workshop with Pure Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a more modern practice than other yoga styles, which focuses on perfecting a set sequence of positions before moving on to the next set. Pure Yoga will be hosting a workshop led by KPJAYI Certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor Clayton Horton covering the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga and techniques for posture refinement to correct breathing and alignment. April 10: How to Simplify Your Life by Reducing Your Waste
With zero-waste on everyone’s minds, French entrepreneur Fanny Moritz will be speaking about waste reduction and how it leads to improvements in personal health and wellness. Asia’s first festival dedicated to sustainable living is back with over 70 eco-friendly brands and entrepreneurs coming together to redefine what it means to live consciously. April 13: Restore, recharge and rebalance at Gecko Yoga Academy
If Ashtanga Yoga at Pure left you wanting more mat time, Gecko Yoga is hosting a session combining aromatherapy (think, your favourite essential oils) and combined restorative and Nidra yoga (just 20-minutes of Yoga Nidra can be as restful as three hours or sleep).
