July 1: Core Intensive at Pure Yoga

Begin the month with some functional exercise work at Pure Yoga. All movement begins at the core, making it a crucial part of the body to work on. Here in Hong Kong Island we’re not short on vegan options for lunch, with cafés and restaurant all offering extensive plant-based menus. A little more remote, the New Territories is often overlooked but it’s rich in heritage and vegetarian food. July 4: Running Through My Mind

For those looking to take their running to the next level, Running Through My Mind is a community event hosted by Lululemon and The Hive that aims to bring avid runners and racers together.
