July 1: Core Intensive at Pure Yoga

Here in Hong Kong Island we’re not short on vegan options for lunch, with cafés and restaurant all offering extensive plant-based menus. A little more remote, the New Territories is often overlooked but it’s rich in heritage and vegetarian food. For those looking to take their running to the next level, Running Through My Mind is a community event hosted by Lululemon and The Hive that aims to bring avid runners and racers together.
