Feb 10: Rooftop Yoga, Love & Tacos at 11 Westside

Feb 14: Valentine’s Day Self-Love Hour
Caelum Greene and Mind Body Soul have collaborated this Valentine’s Day to give you the time and space to recharge and reconnect with yourself. If you ever feel underproductive and overstretched, or emotionally drained, you might be in need of a little self-love. Banish stress, anxiety and guilt, get rid of negative thoughts and self-sabotaging or limiting attitudes, confront your distractions and learn techniques to practice self-love every day.
Feb 26: Conscious Cinema 013
Cé La Vi and The Vibe Tribe are presenting a new kind of wellness experience. Light bites and a healthy cocktail/mocktail courtesy of Cé La Vi will be followed by a movement DJ set and talk from MiSSKT (Katie Abraham), a panel discussion and a documentary screening. Designed to inspire individuals to discover their own potential, it’s a great event for creative minds.
Feb 28: Martial Arts In The Park

National Pizza Day Does #CookForSyria
While pizza generally falls beyond the scope of our healthy eating plan, there are certain occasions to make an exception – such as when proceeds are going to a good cause. Participating restaurants around Hong Kong have created special one-off #NationalPizzaWeek dishes from which 10-20% of proceeds will be donated to support Syrian children in need. There’s plenty of exciting pizzas to choose from, and vegetarians can get in on the action too at La Piola with a gorgonzola blue cheese and onion pizza, and at The Point, with a special strawberry and ricotta cream cheese pizza. If you’re going to have a cheat day, it might as well be for charity.
