September is upon us, which means plenty of awesome autumn action, from the return of our favourite yoga festival to pool parties abound. Check out the best wellness events in Hong Kong this September.

September 1-9: Women’s Wellness Festival

Nine days of unique and empowering panel-discussions, skincare workshops, film screenings, live music, holistic wellness offerings and more. Take a look at what to look out for at Hong Kong’s First Women’s Festival

September 1-30: Guava Pass Sweat Parties

The fitness app is celebrating its third birthday in a suitably sweaty fashion with “Sweat Parties” around Hong Kong at some of the city’s best boutique gyms. Better still, you can join in the fun for free: check out the schedule and sign up here.

September 1: ImpactHK’s Fundraiser Summer Pool Party

Have fun for a good cause: ImpactHK is throwing its first Summer Splash pool party with DJs, dancers, cold drinks and delicious food at a private villa on Bowen Road. All of the funds raised are going directly to support those in need, with 90% to ImapactHK for Hong Kong’s homeless, and 10% to Project Happiness.

September 1-2: Yoga Weekend Mentorship Programme with Victor Chau

For yoga teachers looking for a little more direction, help to improve their skills or careers, or just a community of like-minded people, join The Weekend Mentorship Workshop which has helped more than 50 yoga teachers in Hong Kong.

September 4: Acro Yoga Training at TRYBE

All About You Wellness Centre is hosting a one-day workshop to help you reprogramme the way you think about yourself and how you eat.
