What is your failsafe beauty and skincare routine for all of the flights you frequently take around the world?

To take care of the inside of my body, I take my Healthy Flora probiotics capsules—I never leave home without them. There are many bugs you can catch on the plane from viruses to bacteria, and this keeps my gut healthy which supports my immune system. I’ve tried travelling without them… I will never do that again! The Healthy Flora has a special strain of probiotics with over 30 years of research, so it stays in gut lumen longer unlike other brands. The other supplement I take is Beauty in a Bottle: it keeps my skin hydrated from the inside as it’s rich in hyaluronic acid, as well as other vitamins and amino acids to keep your skin youthful, allowing it to continue to build collagen.

For outside skincare, I use two products. First, I apply Dr Nigma Talib Serum No1 for deep hydration and sun protection which gives the ultimate anti-aging serum. I use it morning and evening on clean dry skin. I then apply Dr Nigma Talib Crème No1 on top for the hyaluronic acid and jellyfish collagen found in the crème. My skin has never looked better since creating and using these products. It’s been a journey working with the scientists and trying different formulations over the years. I have also been published in the cosmetology journal about the efficacy of plant stem cells which are found in both the Dr Nigma Talib Serum No1 and Crème No1.

What are a few tricks and products that keep skin looking and feeling hydrated yet flawless throughout a flight?

I have been currently formulating my own face mask, which comes out next year: my skin is lifted and glowing. I feel like I’m reversing the signs of ageing from the inside and out. From my current product line, in addition to Dr Nigma Talib Serum No1 and Crème No1, I also bring some of the Immortal Collagen Powder in a small container and add it to my water bottle. Shake it until it’s dissolved and drink that on the flight instead of regular water: it has 23 powerful nutrients to hydrate your skin from the inside. It’s magic.

What are your five favourite in-flight travel-sized products under 100ml from your collection?

I only use my products which are safe and effective and free of chemicals: Dr Nigma Talib Serum No1, Healthy Flora probiotics and Beauty in a Bottle capsules for hair, skin and nails are all the perfect size for your carry-on.
