Standout dishes include the steamed cod with pomelo ginger, asparagus, wok-fried vegetables and hazelnuts with lemongrass emulsion; the potato and leek soup with quail eggs, micro greens and truffle oil; the grilled local freshwater lobster with sweet and spicy coconut cream and seasonal vegetables; and the oven roasted black cod with bell pepper coulis and green pea emulsion.
