Food Programme

Featuring European, Vietnamese and local specialities, the menu at Vedanā is diverse and delicious. Local dishes such as ‘canh’ (Vietnamese soup) and ‘banh cuon’ (steamed rice cakes) are served alongside international classics. The retreat’s seafood selection is particularly appetizing and the fresh Vietnamese ‘goi’ (salads) and ‘pho’ (rice noodle broth) are also exceptional. Vedanā has a thriving herb garden and lots of green vegetables can be found on the menu including stir-fried ‘rau muong’ (water spinach aka ‘morning glory’) and steamed ‘bap cai’ (cabbage).
