Scattered across 27 luxurious overwater villas and bungalows, the accommodation at Vedanā is reminiscent of a Maldives experience, based on a lake instead of the ocean.  Flaunting contemporary design with modern décor and traditional accents, each room is stylishly outfitted with elegant local textiles, exotic handicrafts and five-star amenities. Food Programme

Featuring European, Vietnamese and local specialities, the menu at Vedanā is diverse and delicious. Local dishes such as ‘canh’ (Vietnamese soup) and ‘banh cuon’ (steamed rice cakes) are served alongside international classics. The retreat’s seafood selection is particularly appetizing and the fresh Vietnamese ‘goi’ (salads) and ‘pho’ (rice noodle broth) are also exceptional. Vedanā has a thriving herb garden and lots of green vegetables can be found on the menu including stir-fried ‘rau muong’ (water spinach aka ‘morning glory’) and steamed ‘bap cai’ (cabbage). Treatment Programme

Revolving around the philosophy of ‘LUSH’ (luxurious, unpretentious, sustainable, healthy), the wellness programme at Vedanā is designed to help guests relax, rejuvenate and restore. The retreat’s daily wellbeing programme includes Tai Chi, yoga and chakra balancing classes, led by local instructors. Vedanā also offers three-day wellness packages which include daily spa treatments and private yoga classes. Sourced fresh from the resort’s own herb gardens, many of the ingredients used in the spa treatments are blended and prepared onsite.
