Food Programme

The Farm is famous for its food, especially its vegan and raw dishes. The retreat’s ‘living cuisine’ has won numerous awards and is absolutely delicious. Prepared daily onsite, much of the menu’s fresh produce is sourced from The Farm’s own organic garden and the retreat also has its own ‘Kitchen Garden’ which produces a wide variety of sprouts (including wheatgrass) which are used in many of the dishes and fresh juices. Dehydrated rather than cooked, raw foods are prepared in a way that ensures the nutritional properties and enzymes of the foods are not destroyed. Although nearly everything on the menu is healthy, there are also tasty treats such as freshly-made ice-cream, handmade cookies and homemade cakes.

Spa treatments are all-encompassing and embrace everything from Ayurvedic facials to four-hand massages (yes that means two therapists kneading out your muscles at once).

Executed by highly trained therapists, clinical treatments such as intravenous vitamin infusions, live blood cell analysis and colon hydrotherapy are also available in The Farm’s integrated medical clinic.
