Dec 1: FEW Marketplace

A gathering of eco-conscious, women-led Hong Kong businesses is sure to make your Saturday more interesting. Starting at 10am with a yoga class from The Vibe Tribe and JAHMU, the FEW Marketplace will host a variety of conscious wellness activities, including a BarreAmped Bootcamp with Barre 2 Barre + Barebells, a fireside chat with The Closeteur, a discussion with WOMB, and a Q&A session with nutrition and health experts Dr Bonnie Cheng, Angel Hon, Dr Laurena Law & Beth Wright. The second two events in the Solar Wellness Series take place on December 2nd, led by Sophia Greengrass, Nikita Ramchandani and Natalie Soderstrom for a power flow and Yin Yang session, and December 16th, featuring a sunset recharge and restore class from Jessica Lee, and a Yoga Flow from Cam Kui. If you’re looking to learn more about the ancient art of Ayurveda, join Leeron for an educational session on the natural healing and nutritional system. Dec 8: Yoga For All at Tamar Park
