Happy New Year! It’s officially 2019, and it’s the season of renewal. If you’ve set wellness resolutions this year, then there’s no reason not to keep them (at least for the first month) with so many incredible wellness workshops and activities hosted in the 852 through the month—and if you haven’t decided on a goal for 2019, some of them might just inspire you to do so. Jan 5: Yoga for Long-Distance Runners Workshop with Dr Bryan Lau
