June 4-9: BREATHPOD at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel

In collaboration with The Oriental Spa at Landmark Mandarin Oriental, BREATHPOD is a series of wellness workshops designed to offer private classes on breathing techniques, functional breathing and how to free the mind and increase energy through the way we breathe. June 4: Gong Bath Deep Relaxation with Malbert Lee
