Aman Announces New Wellness Initiatives For 2022

Wellness has always been at the core of luxury hospitality group Aman and all its offerings. As we roll into the first few months of 2022, it seems like those new year’s resolutions are a distant memory. But we have some inspiration to get us through the year, thanks to Aman. Encouraging an inspiring process of renewal, the hotel group has announced its new initiatives to its wellness programmes throughout 2022, from visiting specialists to integrated medical services that deliver results, fast. Here’s what we recommend checking in for…

Aman’s flagship in Phuket, Amanpuri, has been a sanctuary for holistic healing since its opening over three decades ago. Its wellness centre is renowned for its menu of industry leading treatments led by lifestyle experts, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists and an in-house traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.

The resort’s Intensive Immersions resumed in January, offering guests a comprehensive medical consulatation to evaluate the body’s response treatment for illness, with in-depth discussions and analysis of results. From here, the team provides a bespoke programme of prescribed medical treatments, a personalised nutrition plan, private moment sessions and specialised therapies with spa treatments. Amanpuri also introduced its intravenous (IV) nutrient therapy as part of its Integrated Medical Services menu.

There’s also the signature Wellness Immersions, tailored from start to finish, taking place at Amanpuri, Amanoi, Amanemu, Amanbagh and Amanyara.
