Here are some of the best current online fitness classes in Hong Kong to help you work up a sweat at home and support the affected businesses.
PURE
Hong Kong’s high-end gym PURE Fitness and PURE Yoga has been vigilant in providing online services for its loyal community of cardholders. The live-streamed classes are conducted over Zoom so you can enjoy a group workout virtually, wherever you are. PURECAST is a bilingual (English/Chinese) online video platform that features different styles, levels and duration. You can expect over 120 yoga and group fitness classes to choose from weekly. H-KORE
Known for its HIIT workouts, H-KORE has also been at the forefront of the online fitness community during the Hong Kong lockdown. Coastal Fitness
Hong Kong’s premier strength and conditioning facility Coastal Fitness is providing free online classes throughout the lockdown to connect with the local community. Each session is a combination of basic strength and conditioning and all you need is a weighted backpack. The schedule for the Live30 sessions takes place three times a day – one in the morning, afternoon and early evening.
