Just when you think that Hong Kong might be quietening down for a long, hot summer – bam. With Global Wellness Day (June 9th), International Surf Day (June 16), International Yoga Day (June 21st), and who can forget, International Pineapple Day (June 27th), there’s more wellness events than you can shake a yoga mat at. Our calendars are pretty jammed with yoga conferences, new moon meditations and balcony-busting assault courses, but there’s probably still time for a city retreat or two. June 2: TEDx Wan Chai

June 5-26: Wellness Month at Ce La Vie

June 7-10: Asia Yoga Conference
Another returning event: Asia Yoga Conference will present over 180 workshops and 50 global presenters in a four-day event to help you deepen your practice and explore new ones. The schedule offers a variety of workshops, lectures, half- and full-day intensive sessions and free community events designed to appeal to different levels from beginners through to advanced, with some workshops specifically designed for teachers – so grab your mat and spend a weekend on yourself.

June 9: Balcony Buster Course with The Mandarin Spa
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental will be offering a Balcony Buster Course. In the unique setting of the 23rd-floor balcony of the hotel, the high-intensity fitness class combines an obstacle course and functional training exercises, taking about 15 minutes to complete. June 16: International Surfing Day at Pui O Beach

Registration Now Open For TransNT
The second edition of the TransNT (the sister of Translantau) is now open for registration. The event will be held on the 10th of November starting at 8:00am, and starts at Shui Long Wo and ends in Tsuen Wan. The course will be 52km long with 3,000 meters of elevation and open to solo runners.
