Re-opened Aman hotels and resorts this week
From 8 July, Aman has re-opened its doors and is welcoming guests at Amanpuri in Phuket, Aman Sveti Stefan in Montenegro, Camp Sarika in Utah and Amanera in the Dominican Republic for a paradise escape in seclusion.

“Fitness in Nature” programmes at Amanoi and Amanpuri
Spending more time outdoors has been at the top of the agenda for a lot of us, and Aman has just launched an exclusive “Fitness in Nature” programme for Amanoi and Amanpuri (both available until 31 March 2021). The programmes are aimed at guests who wish to maintain their fitness regime and to temporarily exchange the gym for the great outdoors. Included in the two-night stays are a variety of sports and leisure including a spa massage, water sports, personal training and outdoor activities to name a few. Indonesian Retreats
The 5 Element Qigong Retreat at Amankila, Bali will run from 12 to 18 October 2020 and will focus on the most effective forms of Qigong, a holistic Chinese movement technique. The six-night retreat will include a full-board menu, daily Qigong theory and practice classes, a 5 Element tea ceremony and a massage ritual.
Amanjiwo is hosting an Ancient Wisdom of Java retreat until 31 December 2020, inspired by the rich heritage of Javanese healing traditions and ceremonies. The three-night retreat includes a session with a Javanese healer, a lecture on the spiritual and healing traditions of Java by the resort’s resident anthropologist and a visit to Borobudur at sunrise, as well as a variety of spa treatments.
At Amandari, Bali, the Reiki Healing & Initiation retreat will run until 31 December 2020, and will be led by Reiki Master Pak Warmana. The three-night stay includes full-board meals, reiki sessions and a variety of spa treatments.

Aman Japan Holistic Journey
A new, six-night journey has launched at Aman’s three properties in Japan, drawing on the unique natural settings each resort has to offer. Secrets of Japan introduces guests to all aspects of Japanese life, and activities include an Omakase sushi and sake dinner by Master Chef Hiroyuki Musashi at Aman Tokyo, a private tea ceremony in a temple near Aman Kyoto and a cruise along Ago Bay with lunch or dinner served by an Ama (a female freediver) in her hut to discover an ancient way of life.
