Nestled in the centre of trendy Seminyak, Ocean Soul is conveniently close to Bali’s vibrant ‘downtown’ scene, yet its lush tropical gardens ensure that the island’s natural beauty and tranquillity seeps into the space creating a feeling of peaceful solitude.

Accommodation

Mindfully designed for relaxation and restoration, Ocean Soul’s exclusive sanctuary is a chic space that emanates modern elegance. Rooms fall into four types: Master Suite (with four-poster king bed and ensuite), Single Suite (with four-poster king bed and ensuite), Twin Suite (with two single beds), and Guesthouse Twin Suite (with two single beds, plunge pool, private courtyard and private patio). The master and single suites are very similar, although the single suite is slightly smaller.

Adopting an open-air layout, the villa is fitted with contemporary amenities including colourful cushions and pretty wall murals that enhance the villa’s glamorous ‘holiday home’ vibe. Surrounded by tranquil gardens, the villa also has a communal lounge area, gym with hand weights, barbell, rowing machine and elliptical, an outdoor swimming pool, and a room for holistic therapies. Spa treatments are performed offsite at a nearby spa.

Food Programme

Based on the philosophy that wellness starts from the inside, the retreat encourages clean eating through its delicious whole-foods menu. Designed by a holistic nutritionist, nutrient-rich meals are created by the retreat’s in-house chef using locally-sourced veggies and fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, and high-quality carbohydrates. Eaten as close as possible to their natural state, ingredients are designed to fuel the retreat’s physical activities while naturally detoxing the body. Cleansing juices, fresh coconuts, herbal teas, nourishing smoothies and wholesome snacks are also served daily.

Treatment Programme

Taking an integrated approach to health and wellness, the treatment programme at Ocean Soul is expressed through four signature packages: ‘Surf & Yoga’, ‘Yogini’, ‘Holistic Heaven’, and ‘Yoga & Pilates’. Encouraging guests to ‘reconnect with yourself’, all experiences are designed to ‘reset’ the body, rid the mind of negativity and create healthier habits which support a more balanced lifestyle. 

Holistic therapies on the wellness menu include acupuncture, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, Theta healing, positive change therapy and traditional Balinese healing. Spanning seven days/six nights, all programmes include wellness seminars, guided meditation sessions, wellbeing workshops, wholefood cooking classes and lifestyle coaching instruction. Ocean Soul also hosts tailor-made programmes for those that want to curate a specific itinerary.
