Whether you’re down with a bout of the flu or adverse weather keeps you locked indoors, there are times when it can be hard to stay motivated: but holing up for a movie marathon doesn’t have to be a bad thing.  Put a positive spin on your stay-at-home routine check out these fitness-focused films and documentaries, all in the name of self-care.
