Her vinyasa yoga class is an alignment-based practice, working on posture and strengthening the entire body—sounds like the perfect start to a wellness weekend.
Raise Your Vibration with Cristina Lopez McLauchlan | Silent Disco | 13:50-14:50
MANA! Brand Manager and founder of The Vibe Tribe, Cristina McLauchlan is all positivity for yourself and the world around you. Using music from DJ Laohu in her meditation and movement session, this vinyasa flow class will uplift and bring you out of yourself for a more meaningful yoga experience.
