IRIS: Your Wellness Escape is back for the second time this year, bringing a weekend full of yoga fun to Hong Kong’s Central Harbourfront. With two full yoga and fitness-packed days and 60 classes across six stages, there’s almost too much choice: so we’ve broken it down for you. Cam Kui | Yoga Mainstage | 11:00-12:00

South African yogi Cam Kui used yoga as the backbone of her healthy lifestyle while battling early-stage cervical cancer, and now teaches yoga as well as working full-time in finance. Her vinyasa yoga class is an alignment-based practice, working on posture and strengthening the entire body—sounds like the perfect start to a wellness weekend.

Raise Your Vibration with Cristina Lopez McLauchlan | Silent Disco | 13:50-14:50

MANA! Brand Manager and founder of The Vibe Tribe, Cristina McLauchlan is all positivity for yourself and the world around you. Using music from DJ Laohu in her meditation and movement session, this vinyasa flow class will uplift and bring you out of yourself for a more meaningful yoga experience.

Nike NTC Endurance with Utah Lee | Fit District | 15:40-17:10

Nike Master Trainer Utah Lee leads a hybrid cardio-dance class of Nike NTC Endurance—high and moderate-intensity cardio, strength, agility, reaction and balance drills—mixed with Groovy Pop, a dance-based cardio workout. UK-born and Hong Kong-based Sophie has spent nearly a decade practising yoga and three years teaching, training under Master Yoganath Andiappan. This Hatha Yoga class will use asanas and deep breathing to help energy flow in the Chakras. Ideal to warm you up on a Sunday morning, this class will help unblock your mind and focus your energy for the day ahead.

Alchemy Crystal Bowls Meditation with Martina Lee | Zen Garden | 10:40-11:40

PURE Yoga teacher Martina was born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, and has trained in Reiki, sound therapy, visionary craniosacral work and Thai yoga massage techniques. This meditation workshop incorporates singing bowls in a guided meditation that will bring you good vibrations and balance to your mind and body, helping you reach a deeper meditative state.
